Josie Corke
About Me
I am in devotion to the path of music as my greatest journey of connection, healing and prayer, and I share sacred song in ceremony, ceremonial concerts, retreats and festivals. My music is greatly influenced by the teachings I have received living and studying in Latin America with different ancestral wisdom traditions. I am passionate about helping others open their voices, and I offer group and 1:1 work to explore and activate our expression and musical creativity.
I am in service to the healing plants, making herbal remedies with plant allies from these lands as well as sharing Guatemalan ceremonial cacao. I believe in the power of connection to the land, the elements, and community, the coming together of the tribe as an ancient revolution, as the way I choose to serve and bring faith and meaning to my own life, and hopefully the lives of others.
My Specialisations
My goal is to encourage and support embodied liberation, freeing oneself from mental limitations and suffering to feel our innate connection to Spirit; the creative potential and capacity for deep self-knowing that we all hold.
